I started managing the Facebook page of KING & QUEEN during pandemic. Being the social media manager for an online food business, I developed strategies to increase followers, creating and overseeing social campaigns, producing content, reviewing analytics and actively responding to inquiries and comments, providing excellent customer service and fostering a welcoming online community. I've successfully increased our page's followers and increased online food orders by implementing targeted promotions and interactive content.
