Daily monitoring data is broken down by month, showcasing potential versus actual harvests, field loss, and harvest efficiency. Other critical data points include shooting rates, bagged bunches, and the age of bananas by week. This dashboard is one of the essential tools I closely monitor to ensure farm productivity aligns with targets, while also identifying areas for improvement in terms of waste reduction and yield optimization.
