• It is an automated chart after the new data has been entered into the main sheet via the form. It uses form to enter data.

DATABASE

• If the user wants to look for the data entered in the main sheet, he would check the database.

TRAINING SUMMARY (per topic)

• This sheet is intended if the user wants to print a specific training topic summary.
