Monthly Sales Monitoring
Sales monitoring of GMV (Gross Sales) vs Target
Sales monitoring of NMV (Net Sales) less all platform expenses (ex. returns, vouchers, promo)
Promotion per Campaign (ex. 6.6 Campaign)
Demand Planning
Weekly inventory check for immediate PO and schedule of delivery to e-distributor.
Marketing
Monthly E-commerce campaign with an advertising partner thru the use of CPAS (Collab Ads or Collaborative Performance Advertising Solutions) to ensure the effectivity of direct online sales campaigns.
Monthly Budget: $800-1000
A media plan (campaign forecast, timeline, budget allocation) must be finalized 2 weeks prior the campaign period.
Once media plan is finalized, all the layouts are placed in the ads scheduler calendar.
Bi-monthly meeting with the advertising partner to evaluate the results of the campaign.
