Greetings! ๐ My name is Camille, aged 35 from the Philippines. Let me give you a brief description of myself. I have a strong sense of ambition. I always make objectives for myself and I thrive on obstacles, so I have something to aim for. I never settle for anything less than excellence and am constantly searching for ways to improve.
In addition to that, I am highly organized. In order to keep myself on top of deadlines, I always take notes and utilize a variety of tools.I prefer to organize my workspace and logical filing method so I can always find what I need.This, in my opinion, promotes efficiency.
My 12-year BPO experience has given me the confidence and effective communication skills to connect with customers. I gained more information about admin tools and data entry from this job. I also learned how to utilize office products including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
By beginning ProVa training, I also made the decision to introduce myself to the world of freelancing. This experience has led me to understand that I have the option to work from home or from a non-traditional workspace, to choose my own hours, and to achieve a better work/life balance.
