I developed and implemented a comprehensive database system designed to collect and manage customer information for individuals who frequently make purchases from our online store. This database tracks essential customer data, such as names, contact details, order history, frequency of purchases, and product preferences. By organizing this data efficiently, it helps to gain valuable insights into customer behavior, identify loyal customers, and tailor marketing strategies to increase retention and improve customer experience. The database was created with a user-friendly interface to ensure easy access and updating of customer records, and I ensured data accuracy and integrity throughout the process.

Added filters, sort data, color scheme, added data format, and etc. to easily identify data needed for the report.
