I have been in the call center industry for 6 years, and during that time I have worked in several different positions including chat/email support, RMA support, content moderator and document checking. I have a strong passion for customer service and I take pride in being able to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. My self-discipline, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills have also been honed throughout my experience in the call center industry. In my free time, I enjoy reading novels and recently, I love to explore and read other areas such as SEO and social media related VA articles.
