I am also the type of person who does not just focus on one skill, I enjoy upskilling to improve myself and be more knowledgeable in my career. It helps me do my job and productivity to always be on track and effective. My eagerness to learn and take risks on every challenge that I'm taking is my biggest strength in all aspects, most importantly in my career.

1. Return Goods In-charge
Check returned goods for damage and compliance. Adjust inventory records to reflect
returns. Communicate with customers about return statuses. Work with sales, purchasing,
and finance teams on returns. Keep accurate records of all returns and resolutions. Follow
company policies and legal regulations for returns.
2. Inventory Analyst
Gather inventory and sales data. Analyze data for trends and discrepancies. Recommend
optimal stock levels to reduce excess and shortages. Create reports on inventory
performance for management. Work with procurement and sales teams on inventory needs.
Ensure accuracy in inventory management systems. Regularly assess & adjust inventory
strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
-Create and post job listings on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
-Create poster for upcoming job openings.
-Actively search for potential candidates through online databases, networking, and referrals.
-Communicate with the local government to conduct outsourcing in field.
-Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database.
-Maintain detailed and organized payroll records for all employees.
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing
correspondence. Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as needed.
Serve as a point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries, providing information
about LGU services, and directing concerns to appropriate departments.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Assist in organizing community events, meetings, and public forums. Prepare meeting
agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Typically based in the LGU office, with occasional visits to community sites or public
events as required.
Interaction with residents, local officials, and other stakeholders is common, requiring a
high degree of professionalism and patience
Operate Truck Scale: Accurately weigh incoming and outgoing trucks using the truck
scale system. Ensure the correct documentation of weights, truck numbers, and
materials.
Maintain precise records of all weigh-in and weigh-out data, including weight tickets, bill
of lading, and other required documentation.
Input weight data into the system, generate reports, and ensure that records are stored
properly for auditing and billing purposes.
Report any discrepancies or safety issues immediately to management.
Ensure that all weight tickets and related documents are accurately filed and accessible
for review
