Graduated in Cebu Technological University Main Campus taking up Bachelor of Science in Information and Communications Technology. I am an outgoing person and loves to travel, meet other people and experience different culture, I also love playing volleyball.

- Help customers configure their own modem.
- Create a fault ticket and schedule an appointment for the customer.
-Takes manual payment from customer / Update payment details from customer.
-Help customers in activating their sim cards.
-Relays message to the customer regarding their orders/ Enquiry about their orders.
- Works with customers about their bill, explain the bills
- Helps customers in setting up their accounts, changing passwords, etc.
- Explain to the customers the usage and speed of the service.
- Files a dispute for customers.
-Takes inbound and outbound calls in reviewing the transactions of the Cardholders.
- Blocks the card if there are fraud transactions.
- Activate new cards and cancel lost/stolen/compromised cards
-Tests the firmware of the photocopier if there are possible bugs and defects in the firmware.
- Report if there are possible bugs and defects in the firmware especially in the UI interface.
- Checks the output off the photocopiers if there are trashes in the output.
