A Customer Service Representative (Inbound and Outbound) with 7 years and 10 months of experience in a shipping line industry. As part of Marketing Staff, we need to strive hard in gaining new clients, secure shipments, and achieve our quota despite the pandemic (covid).

I help secure new clients for outbound shipments and achieve 94% of our key account delivery for the 2nd quarter of 2022 for inbound. I am looking for an opportunity for personal growth and experience where I can expand my knowledge and goals. I believe that being a Virtual Assistant is a new avenue for me to enhance and develop my skills. Being a customer service representative is a good factor for me, with that, I believe that I have the necessary foundational skills. With additional trainings and good support, I can see myself a future effective and reliable Assistant.
