Maintain high volume of phone calls, email contacts and solicit client bookings. 
Provide shipments quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by the clients. 
Responsible for export and the execution of shipping service. 
Upload quotations rates in system for client bookings.

Send client arrival notice regarding their incoming cargoes and make calls to confirm if they already received the pre-advice. 
Handling client complains, queries, billing inquiries and request.
