Hi, I'm Jiezelyn C. Garcinez-Jaganas, but you can call me Jiez. I’m 30 years old, living in General Santos City, Philippines. I’m married and a proud mother of three wonderful kids.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from STI College and have expanded my expertise through multiple certifications, including General Virtual Assistant Training (PROVA) and various UX Design and Digital Marketing courses on Coursera. I am also certified in Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH) for Safety Officer 1 under DOLE-OSH.

At Nutnull PC Corporation, I worked as an Executive Assistant (Corporate Secretary), Bookkeeper, Data Entry Specialist, and Social Media Manager, where I handled corporate records, financial processing, payroll, and social media marketing. Before that, I worked at Nutnull IT Solutions as a Bookkeeper, Graphic Designer, Web Designer, and Software QA, developing brand identities, creating landing pages using Bootstrap and WordPress, and designing mobile apps with Figma. I also have experience managing a convenience store, working as a graphic artist, and handling data entry and software testing during my OJT.

As a Payroll Master, I ensure that salaries are processed accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with tax regulations and company policies. I handle everything from computing wages, overtime, and deductions to managing government contributions like SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG. I oversee timekeeping, verify DTRs, and address discrepancies to ensure smooth payroll operations. In addition, I manage payroll records, prepare reports, and coordinate with HR and finance to keep everything running efficiently. I also handle employee concerns about salaries, benefits, and deductions, ensuring everything is transparent and properly documented. My role is crucial in keeping payroll seamless, accurate, and compliant while ensuring employees are paid without issues.
As an Executive Assistant (Corporate Secretary), I draft and manage board resolutions while maintaining corporate records and minutes. In my role as a Bookkeeper, I handle company permits, ensuring timely renewals, and take care of government contributions such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth, making sure they are submitted and paid on time. I also manage eFPS filing for tax obligations and oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards, including proper deductions and benefits. As a Data Entry Specialist, I encode vouchers, receipts, cash inflows, outflows, and expenses into the system to maintain accurate financial records. Additionally, as a Social Media Manager, I develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals, create and schedule content, and design engaging posts across various platforms. I also engage with followers by responding to messages and comments, track performance analytics, and stay updated with the latest trends to improve social media presence.
