· Assist customers regarding their car loans
· Collecting and Processing payments for car loans
· Manage and update customer databases
· Set up Automatic payment, sent out extension agreement, and Changed customer due date as per customer request
· Respond to inquiries and complaints from the customer
· Assist inbound calls from the dealership, insurance, and repossession company
· Answering Customer Inquiries
· Troubleshooting Technical Issues
· Billing and Payment Assistance
· Up-selling and Cross-selling
· Data Entry and Record Keeping
· Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry
· Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including a budget, and clerical duties
· Responsible for maintaining office supplies
· Scheduling appointments: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, and sending reminders to attendees
· Assist guests with check-in & check-out processes
· Handling guest inquiries: Responding to guest questions and concerns, providing information about the hotel's amenities and services, and assisting with restaurant reservations, transportation, and other requests.
· Cashiering functions
· Accommodate guests in an attentive, courteous, and friendly manner during their stay.
· Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
· Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
· Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges
