This is a sample of what I do everyday as a Sales Secretary in Mitsubishi Motors. Everyday, I collate and send GVD report to my boss. I use MS Excel to encode the necessary information/ data needed for this report.



As a Trade Marketing Assistant, one of my duty is to prepare and process Sales Invoice of Suppliers. I allotted time, maybe twice a month, to process sales invoice. After I encode the data using Excel, I send this file to the accounting together with the Invoices for them to process the payment.
