Mainly responsible for the visual representation of the showroom by maintaining high standards of visual proposition through the use of new lines to continuously update and refresh the look of the store.
• Organizing the effective and efficient utilization of show room space
• Creates theme, store layouts and special designs for show room
• Ocular inspection of establishments and providing functional layouts of furniture and designs
• Provides client consultations, site visits and discussed current home trends
• Advised clients on interior finishes, furniture styles, space planning and design layouts
• Processed planning of budgets and quotations for customer requests along with setting up delivery dates
• Working closely with the management and marketing team to increase sales.
• Recommending brand, price point and buying depth strategies.
• Working with the VM Manager & sales teams to achieve commercial goals.
• Involved in rearranging, remerchandising & replenishing new stock as it arrives.
• Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes.
• Communicating with other retail channels on overall business plans.
• Coordinating showroom display in line with brand guidelines and strategy
• Translating catalogues & promotions into real designs on the showroom floor.
• Reporting on mark down strategies, current performance and market trends.

• Deals directly with customers and respond to their needs promptly; process orders, forms, delivery schedule and request; communicate and coordinate with internal department; manage administrative function such as preparation of end of day reports.
• Communicate with the management team in order to work out the display points as well as to what items are to be displayed in accordance to company’s theme and standard layout display. Handles inventory of items and ensure that items are available to customers.
• Taking care of the sales with focus on achieving predefined target and growth.
• Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
Provided marketing services in the establishment of operations and administrative systems in the company as well as marketing of the hotel through, marketing promotions and strategies to various clients both individual and corporate.
Handling inquiries of room rates and availabilities; room blocking and allotment for special functions.
Monitoring out orders and off-market room for sales department references. Receiving and encoding bookings in hotel system; updating sales department regarding the availability of rooms and other facilities as their reference for selling accommodations. Updating the system regarding amendments of rates coming from sales department.
Ensures timely delivery and preparation of report and reconcile them at the transaction period.
Maximizing customer satisfaction level by monitoring customer complains and handling customer grievances and resolving their issues for customer retention
Working directly with concierge staff; Arranging guest travel and transportation – for example, to the airport; Calculate final bills and receive payment; Direct calls from guests and (depending on hotel size) take room service orders; Receiving and sending emails such bookings, reservations, transport.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
