About Me

I'm Jexcel "Jing" Ruizo, a committed employee who loves good working relationships. We carried out a number of activities in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company where I once worked, including customer assistance, back-office work, and quality assessment. We use Microsoft programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.

I was interested in finding out more about freelancing after opting to quit the BPO sector, particularly data entry, online bookkeeping, and basic graphic design. I enrolled in the PRO VA course (https://www.facebook.com/provaph/) as a general virtual assistant and learned a lot.  You'll receive an unexpected breadth of services if you engage me. I am a reliable and creative person, so I have big expectations for our future together. 

I am currently working as a full-time Customer Service Officer for a migration firm. I am responsible for managing schedules, handling emails, and organizing documents. These experiences have honed my multitasking abilities and attention to detail, allowing me to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
I am looking for a part-time job for extra income. With a full-time job during the day, I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute my organizational and administrative skills to your team during my available hours.
I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding service. I understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism in a virtual assistant role and am dedicated to upholding these standards.
