Real Estate Management involves the operation, administration, and oversight of real estate properties on behalf of owners or investors. It encompasses various activities related to the acquisition, development, maintenance, and disposition of real estate assets.
What is my job position in real estate industry?
I worked as an Inside Sales Agent in which it focuses on generating sales opportunities and qualifying leads for an organization from a remote location. I actively prospect and generate new sales leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking. Furthermore, I track and manage sales leads in a CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Follow up on leads, prioritize activities, and ensure timely progression through the sales funnel.
Google Calendar used in scheduling appointments, meetings, or product demonstrations for the sales team based on the availability of both the prospect and the sales representative. Coordinate with all parties involved to ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process.
Gmail used in sorting emails, prepare regular reports on appointment setting activities, progress, and outcomes. In addition, I provide insights and feedback to management regarding lead quality, conversion rates, and potential improvements to the appointment setting process.
Google voice used in conducting timely and effective follow-up calls to confirm scheduled appointments and provide any necessary additional information or materials. Address any questions or concerns the prospect may have before the appointment.
Mojo Dialer used in conducting research and utilize various sources such as databases, social media, online directories, and referrals to identify potential leads of buyers and sellers in organization. Initiate outbound calls to prospects and engage them in conversations to introduce the company's products or services. Use persuasive communication skills to generate interest and qualify leads.
Zillow is another crm tools used in real estate which gather relevant information of the buyers and seller of the property during phone conversations to assess the prospect's needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority. Evaluate if the lead meets the organization's qualification criteria and is a potential fit for the product or service offered.
Follow Up Boss is used to update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in a customer relationship management (CRM) system. It ensure that all relevant details and information are properly documented for future reference and follow-up.
