To streamline order and sales tracking for my small business, I created a simple sales tracker using Google Sheets. This allows me to easily input customer details, including names, addresses, and contact numbers, as well as the platforms where orders were placed. I also use it to monitor payments by updating each order’s payment status upon receiving confirmations through the respective payment channel. Additionally, I keep the order status up-to-date to ensure every item is shipped and delivered on time. This tool has been essential in managing transactions smoothly and providing excellent customer service and satisfaction.

I put together this Google Sheet as a way to practice my data gathering and entry skills. It’s a list of the Top 30 CEOs and business executives around the world, where I’ve included names, job titles, company names, contact links, email addresses, and locations. I started by researching on Google to find the initial list, then used LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and ContactOUT to fill in the details. I set up the sheet to be clear and easy to read, so the information is organized and ready for quick updates.
