I've been a former BPO or Customer Representative from the Philippines with a strong foundation in Customer Service excellence, and confidentiality to every role I take on for about 3 years. I have a keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement. I do handle Internet troubleshooting, mobile plans, and also I have Healthcare Experience for the Insurer side, handling Eligibility, Benefits, Accumulations, Authorization and claims.
To further expand my capabilities, I've recently completed comprehensive online courses in General VA, Executive Assistant, Social Media Management, and Medical VA. I've also completed a practical Executive Assistant internship and am currently being mentored by a personal coach for General Virtual Assistants. I am passionate about leveraging my skills to help businesses and individuals achieve their goals.
