This is a Google Sheet tracker I created for a customer to track VoiP requests. It includes all the important information we used throughout the process, such as:

• Site address: This helps us identify the location where the VoiP service is needed.
• Requestor's name: This helps us know who to contact for questions or updates.
• Telephone numbers: This provides us with contact information for the requestor and any other relevant parties.
