Hi, I’m Jaycee, a 25-year-old Virtual Assistant based in Navotas, Philippines. I started my career in the BPO industry in 2020 with Sitel and later worked with Optum. Over the years, I’ve developed strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while staying efficient under pressure.

Outside of work, I’m a gamer and music lover who enjoys singing and playing ukulele, sometimes even sharing covers online. I’m also into arts, where I love to draw, paint, and work with watercolor as a way to express creativity.

I’m tech-savvy, a quick learner, and comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Canva as my best friend for creating stunning visuals and more. I’m always eager to learn new tools and grow my skills, and I truly believe that integrity, accountability, optimism, and gratitude are the keys to doing great work and building lasting partnerships.
