Responsibility:
• Create engaging and relevant content tailored for Facebook, including posts, images, videos, and stories that resonate with the target audience.
•Plan and schedule posts using Facebook's publishing tools to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
•Monitor the Facebook page for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and appropriately to foster a positive community.
•Engage with followers by liking, sharing, and commenting on user-generated content to build relationships and encourage ongoing engagement.
•Address any negative comments or complaints professionally, working to resolve issues and maintain the brand’s reputation.
•Develop a Facebook strategy aligned with overall marketing goals, such as increasing brand awareness, driving traffic to the website, or generating leads.
•Conduct research to understand the demographics, interests, and behaviors of the target audience, tailoring content and campaigns to meet their needs.
•Monitor the performance of Facebook content and campaigns using Facebook Insights and other analytics tools.
•Create regular reports that detail key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversion rates, providing insights for future strategies.
•Use analytics data to refine and optimize content and campaign strategies, ensuring continuous improvement.
•Ensure all content and interactions on Facebook align with the brand’s voice, tone, and values.
•Adhere to Facebook’s guidelines and community standards, ensuring all content and ads comply with platform policies.
•In this role, my focus would be on growing and nurturing the Facebook community, driving engagement, and leveraging the platform to achieve the brand’s marketing goals.
