Responsibility:
- Accurately input and maintain employee records in HR and payroll systems, including personal details, job titles, salary information, and benefits
- Accurately enter and update employee information, including hours worked, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
- Calculate wages, taxes, and other withholdings in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Ensure that all data entered is accurate and up to date, with regular audits to verify the accuracy of the information.
- Manage physical and electronic files, ensuring that all documents are organized and accessible.
- Ensure that all HR and payroll processes comply with company policies and relevant legal requirements.
- Handle employee information with strict confidentiality, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Implement and follow security protocols to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access.
- Identify and resolve any issues related to data entry, payroll processing, or system malfunctions.
