Hi! Jannie Lou, or JLou, is the name I go by. I have been married for about 5 years, and I am a mother. I've been a customer support agent for 5 years, and my duties included answering emails, chatting on Amazon, and tracking shipments.

I enjoy watching movies, listening to music, and traveling. I wish to visit every tourist destination in the Philippines and learn about the local cultures. Life and work should always be in balance for me so that I may enjoy both while working, spending time with my family, and traveling.

I bring a new perspective to this position as a virtual assistant who is also ready to learn and develop. Despite the fact that I may be unfamiliar with the precise duties of a virtual assistant, I am eager to put my great organizational abilities, adaptability, and passion to work for my clients. I'm determined to put in the time and effort necessary to become acquainted with the required tools and processes, even though I might run into additional difficulties along the road. I am a quick learner and am always receptive to criticism since I think it is essential for both professional and personal growth.
