Workflow Automation
Video 1:
The section above shows a list of workflows. When clicking on the “Registered” workflow, it displays the trigger for a prospect lead,
which includes follow-up emails encouraging them to register for a free webinar. I also explored the “Booked Calls/Purchased” workflow,
where clients who choose to proceed with payment automatically receive an invoice. Once the payment is confirmed, an automated trigger
moves them to the “Closed/Won” workflow, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from registration to conversion.
Video 2:
The “Interested” workflow includes individuals who attended or showed up during the webinar.
One hour after the session, a follow-up email is automatically sent to ask whether they would like to schedule a call or proceed with a purchase.
If there is no response after a week, the contact is automatically moved to the “Nurture” workflow for continued engagement.
Clients marked as “Closed/Won” also receive follow-up emails requesting their feedback, such as ratings and insights about their overall experience.
Additionally, I accessed the Opportunities Dashboard, which provides a clear overview of the number of leads and their current progress or status within the pipeline.
Video 3:
In the middle of the clip, the “Booked Call/Purchase” workflow displays an if-else condition at the lower part.
This condition determines the next step based on the client’s actions.
If a client books a call but does not attend, they automatically receive a follow-up email to reschedule.
If they still fail to show up after the second attempt, they are moved to the “Nurture” workflow for future engagement.
However, if the client attends the call, agrees to the terms, and proceeds with the payment, they receive an email containing the invoice and payment link.
Once the payment is confirmed, a trigger automatically moves them to the “Closed/Won” workflow, completing the process.

This is a simple example of a real estate funnel I created. Although it’s a basic version, I plan to further customize the visuals and logo to make it more appealing and marketable.
For this sample, I used pre-made templates and incorporated selected images to complete the design.

Similar to the video above, this is a simple example of a webinar funnel I created. I can design both live and pre-recorded webinar funnels
depending on the client’s needs. While this sample uses available images and templates, I recommend customizing the visuals and logos
to better align with the client’s branding. I am also capable of creating fully customized funnels tailored to the client’s specific demands and preferences.
