With the previous and current work, we were assigned to different data entry tasks that will be used for reporting and planning. I was assigned to a specific project wherein I am plotting all the servers to be patched/maintained to a certain schedule,. I am the one weighing and analyzing the work loads of the team. The sample excel file will be sent to the Italian counterparts and seek their approval. Once approved, I will be the one creating email invites and calendar reminder that are visible to all the counterparts/stakeholders and the client as well. This is just one of so many files I worked with. I am also creating a automated excel file which is helpful to the team. Those automations lessen the teams effort and hours spent in a specific tasks. With the use of macros and formulas, the team were able to complete tasks as timely as possible.
