The client will provide basic details of people we need to contact and after talking to them over the phone we will fill out the rest of the table and organize it.
Aside from that I also convert data from PDF to the table and add formulas on different cells for it to generate information required by the client
The data below shows the summary of quantities based on all the other tabs I filled in. Aside from data input, I have advanced skills in MS Excel that helped me do my job quickly and efficiently. I have mastered formulas and I can use the VLOOKUP function very well.
You can see from my screenshot below, I had filled in data on this spreadsheet while I was talking to the client's contact person. I am attentive to details and listen very carefully so that I won't miss any important data given by the person I am interviewing.
