I was hired by our Local Government as a Data Entry Specialist for the Local Civil Registrar's Office. I am in-charge in entering the data gathered by the Local Civil Registration Office Staff into their system.  As a freelancer, I was given system log-in credentials which is registered to one of their staff. The office staff is in-charge in validating and registering new births and marriage, and death in the locality, once they are done with the validation and registration on paper, that's when I come in. I encode/enter the data into the system for record keeping and report generation.
