Project Management

I had a lot of Leadership experiences throughout the years, and one thing I've learned is to be organized. So this is one of my Spreadsheets where my team and I input everything we needed to do for the week or the month depending on how many things we needed to do. This spreadsheet is open for the President to the Treasurer role since these are the most important roles in the officer list in our society.
These sheets can be edited by anyone who needs something from each other. An example is when I (Vice President) needed something done from the Secretary - I can list the things and put the deadline, and where could she send it or a link to the file so that I could easily check her outputs.
I've also made a little reminder for us who are handling the Facebook page, which you can see through here: facebook.com. We have to assign each other these roles so that we have a system to follow and everyone has a responsibility to do.
Here, I have utilized the sheets as an organizer because we didn't have unlimited storage, and due to a lot of files being made, we need to be smarter in our Google Mail storage. I implemented everyone to insert the link of their files here instead with their corresponding labels as well so we still have order.
On top of our Task/Files sheet, we also have a separate spreadsheet for our Budget. We have separated sheet tabs for our Membership fee list, Penalties, Expenses, and Budgets.
If you checked our Facebook page, I have launched a lot of projects on our Webinars to Psychast (Podcast). Here are some samples of the events that I've handled:
Our marketing strategy is to launch a Podcast related to our Webinar so we can briefly talk about the topics as students and give our opinions then by the end we promote our upcoming Webinar. So here in our Podcast, I was one of the coordinators and the participant as well. I organized the event by inviting one of our esteemed professors to explain to our audiences what is the clinical significance of Philophobia. While on the webinar, I coordinated with one of my Mom's friends to be our guest speaker to explain why are there people who are afraid of falling in love and is there are any reasons why are they afraid to risk.
If you want to check here's a link for the event:

Here is another Podcast and Webinar. I've also participated in both, I am one of the participants in the Podcast - I was invited as a representative of Psychology and a Girl Scouts of the Philippines leader. On the other hand, I was the host of the Webinar. If you're interested in watching, here's the link:
