I am a Customer Service Representative with two years of experience - first was in a fast food chain, and second for a small business company based in the US. I mainly handled inquiries and appointments through the Go High Level - Eliza CRM. I managed multiple clients like RV Selling, Funeral Homes, and Beauty Products, which have different goals in mind and different approaches to customers.
I am also part of the Girl Scouting movement, which gave me the opportunity to launch and lead multiple projects that involve administrative tasks like data entry, calendar management, social media management, event management, and auditing. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite and have a little bit of knowledge in editing using Canva.
