1. TAKING MINUTES OF THE MEETING
Meeting minutes document the most important points discussed during a meeting. We need this to Inform absent team members of the discussion and decisions made. Furthermore, serving as a record of discussions for future reference.
2. TRAVEL MANAGEMENT
when booking flights, I use:
- google.com/flights
- skycanner.com
- cleartrip.com
Before booking and I don't know the preferences of my client, I'll ask for the necessary details first
- What is the travel date?
- Where is the venue?
- Do you have carry-on bags?
- Which do you prefer? Morning, afternoon, or night?
- What seat do you prefer?
- and other questions that can finalize my booking.
if I already knew what's the client preference was, I will just ask some specific questions.
3.SCHEDULING
I use google calendar when I scheduled meetings. It is a time saver in listing to do's or events. I can quickly schedule meetings and get reminders about upcoming activities. If you have other apps that we can use just tell me!
4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
If you want me to manage your projects we can use Asana, Slack, Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp, Hubspot, Zoho, Wrike, Paymo, Airtable, GoodDay, and any other apps that you would want us to use.
5. EMAIL MANAGEMENT
Email management safeguards critical information and secures your inbox for any eventuality.
6. USE OF G SUITE
Writing documents? Data encoding in sheets? Communicate, Collaborate, Organize, and Engage. We can do that in the G Suite.
7. ADMINISTRATIVE TASK
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Communicating with senior managers and other colleagues
- Answering customers’ questions
- All types of business correspondence
- Written communication such as compiling reports, memos, faxes, and other documents
- Developing and distributing internal communications
- Using problem-solving skills to resolve office-related issues
