As a customer service representative, I am responsible for providing efficient customer care to my clients who are in need of help. My tasks are to provide information, resolve concerns, and manage clients’ accounts by taking phone calls, emails, and chats.
- Provide customer service to dealers and determine what were the challenges of the new
recruits on their journey, manage their objections, address their concerns
and gain their commitment to come back and transact with Personal Collection.
- Conducts outbound calls for recruits with no PO for the last 3 months and encourage dealers to maintain their account and prevent them from falling-out.
- To act as support from head office for new recruits to sustain PC as source of income and business profitability. According to the achievement of dealer’s target income and prevent inactivity or dealer fall out.
As a teacher in this private institution for three years, my duties and responsibilities were to guide and educate young learners by planning lessons adequate to their academic needs, managing classroom behavior, and making sure all learners engaged in the lesson, keeping track of learner’s progress in order to deliver results by communicating with the parents.
I was hired as an ESL teacher who taught English to Korean students and was later promoted to a Liaison Officer who processed students’ study permits at the BOI.
