As a customer service representative, I assist players with processing their payments so they can start playing. I also handle player inquiries and submit their requests for redeeming winnings to the client. Striving for effective communication between the client and players to ensure a seamless experience.
-In my role as a Product Trainer, I successfully trained Customer Service Representatives to excel in their roles, specifically in assisting test-takers with entering their exams and maintaining academic integrity during the proctoring process. Additionally, I developed and implemented effective task and workflow plans for teams to ensure that goals were achieved and deadlines were met. I also utilized Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets for accurate data reporting and provided supervisors with comprehensive written reports on work progress.
As the dedicated Customer Service Representative for contact lens products, I am the main contact for customers seeking assistance with their contact lens-related inquiries through phone, email, and chat platforms. My primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service by addressing their concerns, resolving queries, and guaranteeing their complete satisfaction with our products and services. Additionally, I demonstrate empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns or complaints, handling them with professionalism and composure to retain their loyalty and ensure they continue their subscription to our platform.
-My responsibilities included assisting test-takers in entering their exams and ensuring that academic integrity was maintained throughout the proctoring process. I was able to successfully manage multiple proctoring tasks simultaneously without compromising customer service or efficiency. Additionally, I demonstrated basic troubleshooting skills to address any issues that arose before transferring the test-taker to a technician, ensuring a seamless continuity of service.
-In this role, I was responsible for ensuring that all instruments were thoroughly cleaned and sterilized prior to use, and that treatment rooms were prepared to accommodate a variety of procedures. In addition, I performed reception duties such as scheduling appointments, explaining patient charges, and monitoring daily schedules to efficiently manage appointment times, including handling cancellations and no-shows. Finally, I made sure that patients felt welcomed and comfortable in the treatment rooms, taking special care with those who may have been nervous or anxious.
