Setting up Company - creating a new organization to the existing Xero Account.
Setting up Conversion Balance - Exporting financial data from another accounting software or system and importing to Xero by entering conversion balances
Registering Fixed Asset - includes setting up Fixed Asset Settings and registering existing Fixed Asset to Xero.
Importing Data of Customers, Suppliers, and Products & Services - using Xero template in preparing data to import to Xero.
Adding Employees to Xero and Payroll - this includes setting up the payroll settings, and superannuation fund organization, adding employees' information, updating employees' pay templates, setting up leaves, and running payroll.
Accounts Payable Transactions - this includes registering bill receipts via Hubdoc and creating Purchase Orders and Bills in Xero. This also includes applying applicable tax rates for each transaction.
Accounts Receivable Transactions - this includes creating estimates, registering invoices, and applying applicable credit notes. This also includes applying applicable tax rates for each transaction.
Bank Reconciliation - matching and comparing the transactions recorded in the business's books with the transactions recorded by the bank. This includes reconciling both bank accounts and credit card transactions, creating bank rules, and cash coding methods. This also includes applying applicable tax rates for each categorization.
Generating BAS/IAS - this includes preparing simpler/full BAS and IAS reports and creating manual journal entries to transfer PAYG and GST liabilities to the ATO integrated account.
Preparing Financial Reports - this includes but is not limited to generating reports for the balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statement, and management report.
