In my work, I encoded the details of an unserved product using Excel by entering the product code into the system. I then utilized Excel’s lookup functions to retrieve important information such as the product description, price, available amount, and the reason for the product being unserved. By referencing the product code, I was able to quickly pull up a comprehensive overview of the product, including its specifications and features. Additionally, I checked the pricing details, the available stock, and the quantity ordered to determine the exact status of the product. I also identified the reason for the unserviceable status, whether it was due to stock shortages, shipping delays, or other issues. This process allowed me to effectively manage product data and ensure accurate tracking and reporting for sales person.
