Supporting Trade Marketing Strategies:
I assist in the development and execution of trade marketing strategies to increase product awareness and sales at the retail level.
Coordinating Promotional Campaigns:
I help plan and implement promotional campaigns, ensuring that all activities align with brand objectives and meet customer and market needs.
Managing POS Materials and Displays:
I coordinate the creation and distribution of point-of-sale (POS) materials, ensuring they are displayed properly in retail outlets to maximize product visibility and customer engagement.
Sales Support:
I collaborate with the sales team to ensure trade marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives, providing support with market intelligence and promotional tools.
As an Order Shipment Billing Staff, I am responsible for managing the entire billing and invoicing process related to order shipments. My key duties and responsibilities include:
Processing and Verifying Shipments:
I ensure all order shipment details are processed and verified, checking that all charges are accurately reflected in the billing system.
Generating Invoices:
I generate accurate and timely invoices for all shipped orders, ensuring that billing information aligns with shipment details and any applicable terms.
Reviewing Shipping Documents:
I review all relevant shipping documentation such as packing slips, bills of lading, and invoices to confirm that they are complete and error-free.
Collaboration with Finance Team:
