Decades ago, I graduated with a degree in Accountancy and subsequently worked as a bookkeeper and tax accountant for local clients for nearly ten years. Last year, I pursued courses on Xero and QuickBooks Accounting Software to further enhance my skills and knowledge.
Among my responsibilities
were:
Overseeing accounts, reconciling bank statements, and monitoring expenses.
Creating invoices, monitoring payments, and handling accounts receivable.
Compiling financial reports and ensuring adherence to tax regulations.
Handling payroll
processing, overseeing inventory, and collaborating with colleagues.
These responsibilities ensure accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, and efficient financial management for the business.
