Expense Management

As part of my expense management task, I was responsible for tracking, organizing, and reviewing client’s business-related expenditures. This included monitoring costs associated with meetings, travel, and appointments, such as flights, accommodations, and professional services. I ensured all expenses were properly documented, categorized, and aligned with company policies. I also prepared regular reports, cross-checked receipts, and flagged any discrepancies. This role required accuracy, attention to detail, and strong financial organization to ensure transparency and effective budgeting.
