• Perform administrative tasks, human resource, and legal functions. Prepare weekly payroll of construction workers.
• Accurately input and maintain data in electronic databases, spreadsheets, and other records. Organize and maintain physical and digital files, documents, and records for easy retrieval and reference.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, emails, and other correspondence. Draft, proofread, and format letters, memos, reports, and other documents. Respond to routine inquiries and requests for information.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate personnel. Relay information accurately and promptly.
