Hello, my name is Eric Joseph S.J. Navarro, but you can call me EJ for short. I am a 30-year-old professional currently living in the Philippines. I started working in the food industry in 2015, beginning in a rank-and-file position. After 3 years, I was promoted to Supervisor, and eventually to Restaurant Manager. In 2022, I was awarded "Best Restaurant General Manager" of the brand.
Working in customer service has always been my passion. I’ve had the opportunity to meet clients from different professions, interact with a variety of people, and contribute to the growth of the business, helping it meet its targets. I find the industry challenging yet fulfilling—it has taught me valuable life lessons and equipped me with the right knowledge and skills through hard work.
As a manager, I took on a variety of roles to ensure that all KPIs were met. I gained experience in tasks similar to those of a Virtual Assistant, including administrative duties, employee training and development, data gathering, meeting scheduling, answering phone calls from clients and top management, report presentations, performance tracking, timekeeping management, and other related administrative responsibilities.
Aside from being hardworking, I also have a fun and outgoing personality, which fosters a positive and harmonious team environment. I believe that maintaining a positive atmosphere is essential in keeping teams productive and motivated.
I am now transitioning to a new career path as a Virtual Assistant. I am driven by my eagerness to learn, gain new experiences, and assist clients in achieving their goals and growing their businesses. I am also willing to acquire new skills to become more efficient.
