I prepared and managed a Cash Disbursements Register in Microsoft Excel, detailing operating expenses, payments, and account classifications. The spreadsheet included organized tracking of cash advances, balances, and detailed breakdowns by expense type and UACS object codes. I applied formulas to calculate totals and ensure data accuracy, supporting transparent and efficient financial reporting for government-related fund management.
