MTD Scores

Using Google Sheets, I created my team's master file. It contained relevant information/details about my team members that I will need to check and monitor for planning and organization purposes. This file alone contained the team's attendance, planned leave calendar, personal details, weekly and MTD scores, etc. 

Although most of the information in it was exported from different campaign tools, having that one-stop-shop file that I can customize however I want, and is simplified, containing only the information that I need or may need is a great help to effectively and efficiently perform my day-to-day tasks as a Team Leader.
