Hi! I am Elaine Rose. I am a wife and a woman who really loves writing. In Foundever, I have three years and five months of experience as a Customer Service Representative. I worked in a voice position, where I often assisted and answered phone calls from guests with inquiries and requests. I was promoted to Salesforce after 1 year and 5 months, where we evaluated guest's reviews and comments, and we respond to their surveys by email. I've also worked as a chat support agent. I worked as a Salesforce agent for two years.
I am determined to complete a "job well done," and I am well-organized and punctual. I am willing to learn and always aim for the overall success of the team, not just my own. I always aim to become a valuable asset to the company and a big contributor to its success.

As Customer Service Representatives, we address guests' inquiries and requests, not just through phone calls. We also assist them through chats and via email. We are the first point of contact for hearing or reading their complaints and resolving their issues as best we can. CSRs have many responsibilities and abilities, which makes them important in the customer's daily life.
