- EMAIL MANAGEMENT
In my role as the secretary and personal assistant to the managing director, first thing I need to do is to check emails and make sure they’re read, replied to, sorted, and any irrelevant emails are deleted. Additionally, I’m sending follow-up emails to brand partners, suppliers, facilities management, etc. who have not yet replied to our previous correspondence.

I also arranged airline tickets, hotel accommodations, and even doctor appointments for the managing director.
When it comes to booking flights, I consistently book directly through the airline's website to accumulate miles points, and I have the option to pay for tickets using miles or a combination of miles and cash. I exclusively utilize Sky Scanner to compare and evaluate the flight schedules and rates of various airlines.
For hotel reservations, I compare prices on Booking.com and directly with the hotel, as my supervisor holds memberships with several hotel chains. This allows us to secure favorable rates as members and accumulate points.

- DRAFTING MEMOS & STAFF SCHEDULE
Preparing a company memorandum in accordance with the directives of the managing director to communicate essential information within the organization. This includes, but is not limited to, new policies, revisions of existing procedures, changes in organizational structure, system implementations, safety protocols, or compliance obligations. These memos briefly outline what must be done, by whom, and when.
