This EXCEL Spreadsheet serves the purpose of tracking the productivity of 3rd Party Consignors in comparison to the actual rental cost. I utilize this report to make informed decisions regarding future actions such as adjusting and expanding areas, allocating fixtures, evaluating space productivity, and more.

This GOOGLE DOCS document is what we use to consistently record the inventory levels of each store and track the movement of products according to the agreed turnover and budget.

This GOOGLE SHEET document is my own design.  I wanted the Store Managers to understand how the Profit and Loss system works on a daily basis. The purpose behind this was to provide them a tool to measure if their stores generated profits or not, enabling them to promptly make any required adjustments in order to catch up.
