Data Entry Sample Works

As a Data Entry Specialist with a background as a licensed geologist, I bring strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex tasks with precision. My experience as a Department of Science and Technology scholar has sharpened my skills in handling detailed data and analyzing information. I also have experience in the academe, having main-authored two research papers during my undergraduate degree, one of which earned me an award at a national conference. Additionally, my time working in call centers helped me develop excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments. I’m excited to leverage my skills and work ethic to help streamline your data management processes and contribute to your team’s success.

1. Sample Works Task during my Virtual Assistant Training:
Tasks given to us during our training to add in our portfolio after passing the inspection of our trainer. Certificate of said training can also be seen in my web-based profile.

2. Working as a Project Geologist
Described and logged core samples retrieved from drilling rigs, analyzing geological data for project decision-making. Drafted daily reports to document project progress and provide updates to clients.
a. Sample Core box Photos (Samples retrieved from drill run) - editing the photos and annotating the needed labels
b. Raw log sheets (while in the field site - assessment of lithology and rocks)
c. Digitization of said Log Sheets
d. Completing Daily Production Report to submit to the Head office (tallying as well as organizing drill data)
