Attached file is a sample of how I track the day to day worked files. I assist member who would like to build their business credit for their loan application. Working with different member and multiple request, I used Excel to organize data in an easy to navigate way.  It contains the order details of a member who I assisted with their  business credit.  I used Data Validation Tools to easily change the status whether it is completed or processing with color code, in this way it would easier to identify files that needs to follow up.
