We are third party verifier of Credit Bureaus like Equifax, Transunion and Experian. We deals with lenders and borrowers, process request for their loan application. As a credit researcher, I do outbound calls and contact the creditors to verify information of the borrower including their current loan accounts. I also do email management, I filter email everyday, respond and send necessary update to lenders. I sent follow up emails and check documents or alternative options to expedite the process.
