Having a (ex) co-worker and as a friend like Dana is like having a built-in support system. she was so likable and easy to work with, she was polite and always remained calm, even under stressful circumstances, she was very considerate to others' time when committing to a payroll and billing task, she was so patient and understanding even if others are not, actually i am so sad when she left but at the same time i was so Happy for her, well i don't blame her if she left our previous company because it was the top management fault why she left, no more Work life balance and career growth.
Dana is one of the few people that I look up to when it comes to work, be it ethics, being responsible and timely. She was the type of colleague that is always quick to respond whenever you have questions and was always thorough with her task that was assigned to her. I didn't really have a problem working with her, she manages workloads well and is a really huge help when it comes to all the reports that I needed. Her insights were also remarkable.
