This is high protein healthy breakfast is not only delicious but a source of mono-unsaturated acids. It’s very easy to make at home.
I used wheat bread (coz It’s more healthier). Boil the eggs let it cool then mash it. Toast the bread for more crunchier taste. Add mayo. Then spread it into your bread.
But I have one newly discovered spice by @lasa.seasonings. I added a sprinkle of autumn blend. Then topped it with avocado.
Thanks to @lasa.seasonings. It really blends into my favorite meal. More recipes soon. 😉☺️
